These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://advertiseme.net (the "Site") and any products or services offered by AdvertiseMe.net ("AdvertiseMe," "we," "us," or "our") and Armour Life Solutions LLC.

“AdvertiseMe.net” (“AdvertiseMe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a trade name and service mark of Armour Life Solutions LLC, a New York State limited liability company. Please read these Terms carefully.

By accessing the Site, making a purchase, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age;
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; and
  • If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or other entity, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

AdvertiseMe provides digital marketing–related services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Social media follower growth services;
  • Digital advertising services;
  • Monthly subscription-based growth plans; and
  • Other related intangible digital services (collectively, the "Services").

All Services are intangible goods and are delivered electronically and/or digitally.

3. Use of Third-Party Providers

You acknowledge and agree that AdvertiseMe may utilize third-party platforms, vendors, service providers, or partners to fulfill, support, or deliver all or part of the Services.

AdvertiseMe is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, or performance of any third-party providers, except as expressly required by applicable law.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change at any time without notice.

4.2 Payment Authorization

Payments are processed through a third party payment service to Armour Life Solutions LLC. By submitting payment information, you authorize AdvertiseMe to:

  • Charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method; and
  • Store and process payment information for recurring billing, where applicable.

5. All Sales Final / No Refund Policy

5.1 Final Sale

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of the Services being intangible, digital, and almost immediately deliverable, AdvertiseMe does not offer refunds, chargebacks, or reversals once an order has been placed.

You expressly waive any rights to dispute or seek a refund based on dissatisfaction, perceived results, delays, changes in circumstances, or any other reason.

5.2 Limited Exception — Failure to Deliver

On rare occasions where AdvertiseMe is unable to deliver the Services purchased, AdvertiseMe may, at its sole and absolute discretion, issue:

  • A full refund; or
  • A partial refund proportional to the portion of Services not delivered.

Any such determination is final and binding, and AdvertiseMe is under no obligation to issue a refund unless required by applicable New York State law.

6. Subscription Plans

6.1 Minimum Term

All monthly subscription plans require a minimum initial commitment of three (3) months.

6.2 Automatic Renewal

Following the initial minimum term, subscriptions automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless properly canceled.

6.3 Cancellation Policy

To cancel a subscription, you must provide written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to your next billing date. Upon proper notice, services will terminate following the next successful payment after the 30-day notice.

Failure to provide timely notice will result in continued billing for the next billing cycle.

6.4 No Prorated Refunds

No prorated or partial refunds will be issued for unused time, early termination, or failure to use Services during an active subscription period.

7. Failed Payments and Fees

Returned payments, chargebacks, failed transactions, or uncollected subscription payments will result in a $50.00 fee per failed or returned payment, in addition to any outstanding balance.

  • Suspend or terminate Services;
  • Pursue collection of unpaid balances; and
  • Recover reasonable costs of collection, including legal fees where permitted by law.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting AdvertiseMe to attempt resolution.

Unauthorized chargebacks may be deemed a breach of these Terms and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of Services;
  • Additional fees; and
  • Collection actions.

9. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information;
  • Comply with all applicable platform terms;
  • Use the Services in a lawful manner; and
  • Assume full responsibility for associated accounts, platforms, or content.

AdvertiseMe does not guarantee specific results, performance metrics, or outcomes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER NEW YORK LAW.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVERTISEME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

ADVERTISEME’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdvertiseMe and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

AdvertiseMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oneida County, New York.

15. Arbitration and Waiver of Class Actions

At AdvertiseMe’s option, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class or representative action.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Modifications

Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AdvertiseMe.
